AZAR TEATRO started performing professionally in 1990. Since then, we have always maintained an upward career as for the quality and quantity of our proposals and the presence of the company in national and international circuits. We were born with an eclectic vocation and assuming that Theatre as an Art is made up of the combination of different artistic disciplines. Our shows are the expression of freedom of topics, techniques and resources demanded by contemporary scenic arts. We do our work with freedom, but assuming the responsibility it involves, taking the greatest care over all aspects of our job and creating a style of our own, which means not a specific type of theatre but a way of doing things.

Azar Teatro is a stable and open working group, where the constant flow of ideas together with the contrast of experiences leads to a dynamic and creative spirit which explores all the possibilities of expression that Theatre has.
